RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

TT Custom Choppers values customer satisfaction. This policy has been prepared to define the procedures and principles regarding returns and exchanges.

Return Conditions

Products may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returned items must be unused, not installed, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Installed products
• Used products
• Electrical and mechanical parts if installed
• Custom-made or personalized products

Return Process

After submitting a return request, the product must be sent back within the specified period. Once the returned item reaches us, it will be inspected, and if approved, the product price will be refunded using the original payment method within 14 days.
