2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this Agreement is to define the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s), ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER’s website.

are as approved by the BUYER during the order process and constitute an integral part of this Agreement.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1. The BUYER acknowledges that they have been informed in advance about the essential characteristics of the product, sales price, payment method, delivery conditions, and the right of withdrawal, and that they have confirmed this information electronically.

4.2. The products shall be delivered within a maximum legal period of 30 days.

4.3. Unless otherwise stated, delivery costs shall be borne by the BUYER.

5. PAYMENT AND INVOICING

5.1. Payment may be made by credit card, debit card, or other payment methods specified on the website.

5.2. The invoice shall be issued according to the billing information provided and delivered physically or electronically.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

6.1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days without any justification.

6.2. The product must be unused, not installed, and in resalable condition.

6.3. Withdrawal must be notified in writing or via permanent data storage.

7. PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

8. RETURN AND REFUND

8.1. Returned products must be sent back within 14 days after notification.

8.2. Refunds will be completed within 14 days after the product reaches the SELLER.

9. DELIVERY AND DAMAGE

9.1. Damages during delivery must be documented with a cargo damage report.

9.2. Deliveries without damage reports are deemed accepted.

10. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized according to the limits determined by the Ministry of Trade.

11. EFFECTIVENESS

This Agreement enters into force electronically upon completion of payment.
