DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded between:

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this Agreement is to define the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s), the specifications and sales price of which are indicated, ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER’s website.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

The purchased product(s):

  • Type

  • Quantity

  • Brand / Model

  • Unit Price

  • Total Sales Price

  • Shipping Cost

are as approved by the BUYER during the order process and constitute an integral part of this Agreement.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1. The BUYER acknowledges that they have been informed in advance about the essential characteristics of the product, sales price, payment method, delivery conditions, and the right of withdrawal, and that they have confirmed this information electronically.

4.2. The products shall be delivered to the BUYER or to the address specified by the BUYER within the legal period of no later than 30 days.

4.3. Unless otherwise stated, delivery costs shall be borne by the BUYER.

5. PAYMENT AND INVOICING

5.1. Payment may be made by credit card, debit card, or other payment methods specified on the website.

5.2. The invoice shall be issued in accordance with the billing information provided during the order and shall be delivered together with the product or electronically.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

6.1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product, without providing any reason.

6.2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, not installed, and in a resalable condition.

6.3. The withdrawal notification must be submitted to the SELLER in writing or via a permanent data storage medium.

7. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

  • Installed products

  • Used products

  • Electrical and mechanical parts if installed

  • Products custom-made or personalized specifically for the BUYER

8. RETURN AND REFUND

8.1. The product for which the right of withdrawal is exercised must be sent back to the SELLER within 14 days following the notification.

8.2. The product price shall be refunded to the BUYER within 14 days at the latest after the returned product reaches the SELLER.

9. DELIVERY AND DAMAGE

9.1. In case of damage occurring during delivery, the BUYER must prepare a damage report with the cargo company.

9.2. Deliveries for which no damage notification is made shall be deemed accepted.

10. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

In disputes arising from this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees shall be authorized within the monetary limits determined annually by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts shall be authorized for disputes exceeding these limits.

11. EFFECTIVENESS

By completing the payment for the order placed through the website, the BUYER shall be deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement. This Agreement has been concluded electronically and has entered into force.
